Help with Kitchen AI, subscriptions, optional account binding, purchase restoration, and privacy requests.

Contact support

Include the device model, iOS version, CookSense app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or payment card details.

Subscriptions and billing

CookSense Pro is billed through your Apple ID. CookSense does not receive or store your payment card details.

Manage or cancel

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select CookSense and choose the available management option.

Restore a purchase

Open the CookSense membership screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

Refunds

Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Accounts and sign-in

CookSense can be used with a guest profile. Sign in with Apple or email is optional and links data such as favorites and browsing history so it can be recovered on another device.

Email verification does not arrive

  • Check the email address for typing errors.
  • Check spam and filtered folders.
  • Wait a few minutes before requesting another code.
  • Contact support if delivery continues to fail.

Kitchen AI

Kitchen AI provides general cooking explanations and troubleshooting suggestions. Results can vary with ingredient quality, equipment, quantities, temperature, and local food-safety conditions.

Do not rely on CookSense to decide whether food is safe to eat or to replace medical, allergy, dietary, or professional food-safety advice.

AI feature unavailable

  • Confirm that the device has an active internet connection.
  • Check whether the daily AI allowance has been used.
  • Close and reopen the app, then try again.
  • Include the displayed error message when contacting support.

Data access and deletion

You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your CookSense profile. Email support with the subject “CookSense Privacy Request.” We may need to verify control of the linked email or Apple account before completing the request.

Deleting CookSense data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately through Apple.

Common questions

Can I use CookSense without signing in?

Yes. The core experience supports a guest profile. Account binding is optional.

Why do I still see a subscription after deleting the app?

Deleting an app does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage it in iOS Settings under your Apple ID.

Why are some images or knowledge cards unavailable?

A network interruption or temporary content-service issue may prevent an asset from loading. Reopen the page when the connection is stable.

Does CookSense offer medical or dietary advice?

No. CookSense provides general cooking knowledge only.
